Přihlásit se mohou studenti UK libovolného programu a typu studia (Bc., Mgr., NMgr., Ph. D.) v prezenční formě. Každý tým musí mít nejméně dvě osoby, kde vedoucím týmu musí být student UK, další členové týmu mohou být i externí, mimo UK.
Mezifakultní spolupráce v rámci UK na projektu není podmínkou, ale bude-li řešitelský tým složen ze zástupců více fakult/ústavů UK, může být k tomuto faktu komisí přihlíženo při hodnocení projektu jakožto k bonusovému kritériu.
Přihlášku je třeba podat do 22. 5. 2024 do půlnoci elektronicky na e-mail (nechte si potvrdit, že email došel).
Přihláška musí obsahovat:

název projektu, |
| b. |
seznam členů řešitelského týmu: u každého člena týmu musí být uvedeno, jaký program/obor studuje, v jakém je ročníku a v jakém je typu studia, případně, kde je zaměstnán/studuje, pokud je externím členem týmu, |
| c. |
popis cílů projektu včetně charakteristiky, v čem spočívá přidaná hodnota mezifakultní, resp. mezioborové spolupráce, |
| d. |
popis, jak projekt konkrétně přispěje propagaci Univerzity Karlovy, včetně předpokládaného impaktu (předpokladu, kolika studentů/osob mimo UK se dotkne), |
| e. |
stručný popis, v čem spočívá inovativnost a unikátnost projektu, |
| f. |
popis realizace projektu (pracovní plán, jak bude cílů dosaženo) a harmonogram, zejména kdy začne být projekt realizován a kdy skončí, z popisu by mělo být patrno, že tým je schopen projekt zrealizovat, |
| g. |
informaci, jestli jde o jednorázový projekt nebo jestli by akce – v případě úspěchu – mohla být opakována další roky, |
| h. |
rozpočet, kde bude uvedeno s přesností na tisíce Kč včetně DPH:

| i. |
způsob kontroly; jakým způsobem se grantová komise může přesvědčit, že byl projekt zrealizován podle návrhu. |
Applications are open to students of Charles University enrolled in all degree programmes and study types (Bc., Mgr., NMgr., Ph.D.) and in full-time study. Each team must have at least two members, and the team leader must be a student of Charles University. Other team members may also be external and not part of CU.
While inter-faculty cooperation on a project within Charles University is not a condition, if the research team is composed of representatives of multiple faculties/institutes of Charles University, this fact may be taken into account by the committee as a bonus criterion when evaluating the project.
Applications must be submitted by e-mail to uka@cuni.cz by midnight on 22 May 2024 (we will confirm receipt of the e-mail).
Applications must contain:

name of the project, |
| b. |
list of members of the project team: for each member of the team, it must be indicated which degree programme/field he/she is studying in, what year and type of study he/she is in, or where he/she is employed/studying, if he/she is an external member of the team, |
| c. |
description of the objectives of the project, including a description of the added value of inter-faculty or inter-disciplinary cooperation, |
| d. |
description of the specific contribution the project will make to the promotion of Charles University, including the expected impact (number of students/people outside CU it is expected to reach), |
| e. |
brief description of the innovation and uniqueness of the project, |
| f. |
description of the realization of the project (plan for achieving the objectives) and schedule, in particular when the project will start and when it will end. The description should show that the team is capable of realizing the project, |
| g. |
state whether it is a one-off project or whether – in the event of success – it could be repeated in future years, |
| h. |
a budget stating, in thousands of CZK including VAT:

means of control; how the grant committee can satisfy itself that the project has been realized according to the proposal. |
